Join award-winning pastry chef Kenta Takahashi of Boulevard Restaurant for The Architecture of Dessert, a 75-minute talk and hands-on workshop exploring form, function, colour and composition through dessert.
Presented by Scout Magazine and The Garden Strathcona as part of Design Vancouver Festival, the session will take you inside Takahashi’s creative process before giving you the chance to put those ideas to work on a creation of your own. No pastry or design experience required, just curiosity and a willingness to get your hands dirty
