What does it really take to bring a restaurant to life?

A Dinner & Conversatio. Join chef and owner Lina Caschetto and co-chef Neil Hillbrandt, designer Calen Knauf, and graphic designer Adrian Ho for an intimate dinner and conversation moderated by Michelle Sproule of Scout Magazine. Together, they will share the story behind the creation of the restaurant, exploring the many layers of work, collaboration, and creative decision-making that go into bringing a new space to life.

Over the course of a seated long-table dinner, guests will hear the stories behind the project, from the initial vision and design process to developing the food, building the space, creating the visual identity, and navigating the many unexpected challenges that come with opening a restaurant. The evening will offer a behind-the-scenes look at how food, architecture, interiors, and graphic design come together to create a cohesive experience.

Guests will enjoy a welcome drink and snack, followed by a three-course dinner and dessert, while the speakers share their experiences and stories throughout the meal. The evening will conclude with an opportunity for guests to ask questions and engage in conversation with the team.

This event will be offered over two seatings, with each seating limited to 20 participants.
