Thermador, the AFBC and Chef’s Table Society present a day where culinary classic dishes are revitalized as 2026 canapé reinterpretations. Complementing the tasting, AFBC’s photography exhibition captures Vancouver’s architectural evolution while The Commons by CTS showcase archival culinary magazines and cookbooks. Taste, see, and experience past influences shaping today’s design and cuisine while celebrating 110 Years of Thermador.
