Renowned pastry chef Kenta Takahashi (Boulevard Restaurant), celebrated as 2024's Best Pastry Chef by "Canada's 100 Best," will lead this two-hour session Takahashi will share his creative process and sources of inspiration, followed by a hands-on opportunity for participants to apply principles of form, function, colour, and composition to their own desserts.
This workshop is open to 20 participants. No prior baking or culinary experience is necessary.
