Renowned pastry chef Kenta Takahashi (Boulevard Restaurant), celebrated as 2024's Best Pastry Chef by "Canada's 100 Best," will lead this two-hour session Takahashi will share his creative process and sources of inspiration, followed by a hands-on opportunity for participants to apply principles of form, function, colour, and composition to their own desserts. This event is a collaboration with Scout Magazine.
This workshop is open to 20 participants. No prior baking or culinary experience is necessary.
