The Architecture Foundation of British Columbia (AFBC) is a non-profit organization that advocates for the advancement of architecture and design in British Columbia. As a registered charity, the AFBC supports educational programs, scholarships, and other philanthropic initiatives aimed at connecting BC communities with all things design.

The Architecture Foundation of British Columbia (AFBC) is hosting a party to unveil and celebrate the winning design of our first competition, LEMONADE STAND. The event will feature the winning lemonade stand design serving refreshments including lemonade and lemon drop martinis courtesy of Duchess Cocktails. Enjoy snacks from a Fisher & Paykel mobile kitchen prepared by a chef, and music by a DJ to set the mood. This ticketed event will accommodate 100 guests in an outdoor venue in the Armory District, with thanks to our fabricator Humble Object, material sponsor Kerrisdale Lumber, and event sponsor Pacific Art Stone.
